Work Schedule Employees are expected to work assigned shifts as per their agreed schedule. Changes to availability or shift coverage must be communicated to management as early as possible. Regular shifts include: Tuesday through Saturday: 11 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–2 PM, or 4 PM–7 PM. 4. Training and Onboarding No prior experience is required to join our team. Souper Twist and More will provide the necessary training to help employees succeed in their roles. 5. Dress Code and Hygiene Employees are required to adhere to the company’s dress code, which includes wearing the provided uniform and maintaining proper hygiene to ensure a clean and professional appearance. 6. Code of Conduct Employees are expected to maintain a respectful, positive, and professional attitude while on the job. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination. 7. Food Safety and Cleanliness All employees must comply with food safety standards and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, as outlined during training. 8. Compensation Employees will be compensated at an agreed hourly rate. Payment schedules will be outlined during onboarding. Overtime, if applicable, will be paid in accordance with local labor laws. 9. Timekeeping and Attendance Employees are required to clock in and out accurately for each shift. Consistent tardiness or unexcused absences may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. 10. Confidentiality Employees must maintain the confidentiality of all company-related information, including but not limited to recipes, customer information, and operational procedures. 11. Health and Safety Souper Twist and More prioritizes a safe working environment. Employees must follow all health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or injuries to management immediately. 12. Resignation and Termination Employees are encouraged to provide at least two weeks' notice if they plan to resign. In cases of termination, final paychecks will be issued in accordance with local labor laws. 13. Updates to Policies Souper Twist and More reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of employment at any time. Employees will be notified of any changes in writing.
